We charge a platform fee per sale or project milestone. The fee structure is clearly disclosed at the time of listing or transaction to ensure transparency.
All products are digital and delivered electronically. Delivery is typically instant after successful payment.
Service delivery timelines are agreed upon between clients and freelancers before project initiation.
Collabify acts as a facilitator and is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform. We are not the seller, employer, or service provider in transactions between users.
