Policy Details
Digital Products
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered or accessed. This ensures the protection of intellectual property and content creators' rights.
Freelance Services
Cancellations or refunds must be agreed upon between the client and freelancer before work begins. Once work has commenced, refunds are subject to mutual agreement and work completed.
Platform Fees
Platform fees are non-refundable unless a payment failure or duplicate charge occurs. In such cases, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Exceptional Cases
Each case will be reviewed individually and resolved within 7-10 business days.
