Understanding our refund and cancellation policies for digital products and services.

Since we only deal in digital products and freelance services, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair while protecting both buyers and sellers.

Policy Details

Digital Products

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered or accessed. This ensures the protection of intellectual property and content creators' rights.

Freelance Services

Cancellations or refunds must be agreed upon between the client and freelancer before work begins. Once work has commenced, refunds are subject to mutual agreement and work completed.

Platform Fees

Platform fees are non-refundable unless a payment failure or duplicate charge occurs. In such cases, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Exceptional Cases

Technical issues preventing product access
Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized charges
Seller fails to deliver as per agreed terms
Content significantly differs from description

Each case will be reviewed individually and resolved within 7-10 business days.
